- Account data: name, email, role (pharmacy/rider/admin).
- Order data: delivery address, contact numbers, delivery instructions.
- POD artifacts: signature images and delivery videos when required.
- Device/usage: IP address, user-agent, timestamps for audit logs.
2) How we use information
- Operate delivery workflows and dispatch.
- Generate operational dashboards and reports.
- Maintain compliance records and resolve disputes.
- Improve security, detect abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
3) Sharing & access
Access is restricted by roles and permissions. Data may be shared internally within your organization for operations and compliance. We do not sell personal information.
4) Retention
Retention is determined by your organization’s operational and compliance requirements. POD artifacts and audit logs may be retained longer to meet regulatory obligations.
