These Terms govern use of the MedDrop platform (“Service”). If you are using MedDrop on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
1) Accounts & access
- Access is restricted to authorized pharmacies, riders, and administrators.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- We may suspend accounts for suspected misuse, fraud, or security risk.
2) Orders & delivery workflows
- Order status and workflow events may be logged for audit and operational purposes.
- Pharmacies are responsible for the accuracy of patient delivery details submitted.
- Delivery timelines may depend on rider availability, traffic, and external factors.
3) Proof of Delivery (POD)
The Service may collect and store POD artifacts such as signatures and videos for compliance and dispute resolution. You must ensure your end users have the appropriate disclosures and permissions required by your jurisdiction.
4) Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access accounts or data you are not authorized to access.
- Do not upload malicious code or use the Service to transmit unlawful content.
- Do not interfere with Service availability or security controls.
5) Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedDrop disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages.
